The Exonerated

March 16th – 18th, 2018 at Siena College

Using court transcripts, interviews and letters, this play recounts in their own words the stories of six Americans who were convicted and sentenced to death for crimes they did not commit. Together, the five men and one woman spent more than 100 years on death row before being freed.

This special performance at Siena College is sponsored by the Sociology Department, Creative Arts Department, First Year Seminar, and the Damietta Center.

Annie Rody-Wright, an attorney and Visiting Professor of Criminal Justice at Siena College, will facilitate a discussion after each performance.
